1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all private tours booked through Creative Tour DMC AG ("we", "us"). By submitting a booking enquiry, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Booking process
A booking enquiry is not a confirmed booking. After you submit your enquiry, we will contact you within 6 hours by email, WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability and details. Your tour is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation and your payment has been received.
3. Prices and payment
All prices shown are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF) per tour and include the services described on the relevant tour page. Payment is made via the payment link sent together with your booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation policy
You may cancel your tour free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Costs for tickets or reservations already organised on your behalf (e.g. cable cars, museum entries) are not refundable; you will still receive these tickets. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
5. Liability
Creative Tour DMC AG organises all tours with the greatest care. We are not liable for delays, weather conditions, or closures of third-party attractions beyond our control.
